A-) ONLINE REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Early online registration deadline: (November 10th - midnight)

All registrations until midnight November 12th will be assessed a late fee of $10.

No late registrations will be accepted after midnight November 12th.   This is in order to allow late applicants to check their data on the “Pre-registered” page and give our bracket manager ample time to accurately build brackets.

Absolutely, NO LATE applicants will be accepted on day of the event.

NOTE: ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE REFLECTED ON THE “PRE-REGISTERED” page.

Corrections by e-mail: (MUST BE RECEIVED 4 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DAY).
The athletes can send e-mail with any changes on the registration at no charge, by sending an email to Hawaii Triple Crown staff.

2-3 Days before the Event, brackets will be available online at our website.
After the “Registration Check” day, no changes will be made and no refunds will be given for errors on your part.

During the tournament, any mistakes on the brackets that were not corrected previous to “Registration check” day will lead to immediate disqualification.
