Deadline dates have to be adhered to in order to run the event in a timely manner.  Please register early, so we can address any registration or payment problems as soon as possible.  Pending problems may keep you from being bracketed and ultimately disqualify you from competing in the tournament!

Our webmaster has worked very hard to give you a product that is easy to read and follow.  Please review the entire website to avoid confusion.

Online registration has undergone some major changes to make your online application process easier and error-free.  Pop-up blockers and firewalls should not conflict with your registration process.

Once you have registered and paid, you can check your data on the pre-registered page.  Please check and email us immediately if you find any errors in your registration data.

Expect data corrections to take place 7pm daily.

Weigh-ins – a separate email will be sent regarding this issue.  In an effort to be fair to Gi and No-Gi competitors alike, we are constantly reviewing/revising our weigh-in procedures.  Since we are a special event, in that we do BOTH Gi and No-Gi in the same day, our process will be different from other events and require you to do some homework.  Please review the procedures and examples thoroughly.

We will run 6 mats.

Medals – Medals will be given out promptly after each division has completed the finals match. 

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place competitors: please standby your mat table and wait for the sheet.

Once the sheet has been verified for accuracy, please bring to the award table to receive your respective medal.
